About the team

The Data Analytics team for the Consumables Category applies advanced analytical techniques to support strategic business decisions and project delivery. Collaborating across multiple business areas, the team identifies and ensures the quality of data sources while creating clear, insightful visualizations.

Team members use analytical methods to address challenges, improve processes, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. What you'll do:

• Analyze complex business data across multiple domains to support decision-making and project delivery.
• Identify and source relevant data sets, ensuring data quality and integrity for accurate analysis.
• Develop and apply statistical and analytical techniques to address business challenges and generate actionable insights.
• Create clear, effective data visualizations using advanced tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and business case development.
• Assist in maintaining data governance standards and support data quality management activities.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis, and modeling within complex business environments.
• Strong understanding of business domains including finance, marketing, sales, technology, and human resources to contextualize data insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Python libraries to create clear, impactful reports.
• Knowledge of data quality management practices, including profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure reliable analytics.
• Ability to support business case development and deliver actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
• Effective communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders across multiple business areas.
• Familiarity with exploratory data analysis techniques and statistical methods to identify trends and correlations.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
