Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused

Physical Therapist (PT)

to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Novato, California. This is a full-time opportunity for both experienced Physical Therapists and recent graduates who are passionate about providing high-quality, personalized patient care.

The ideal candidate will be committed to clinical excellence, hands-on treatment techniques, functional movement training, and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions, allowing approximately 30-40 minutes per appointment.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and functional movement training to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Treat patients with orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and movement-related limitations.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development.
• Contribute to the development of specialized clinical programs and services.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California or eligible to obtain California licensure.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred but not required for qualified new graduates.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
• Interest in hands-on treatment, functional rehabilitation, and evidence-based clinical practice.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care and working collaboratively within a team.

Compensation And Benefits

• Annual salary of $95,000-$105,000, depending on experience.
• Full benefits with a 30-hour workweek; compensation is prorated based on scheduled hours.

Work Schedule
