About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

AI / Software Engineer

with a strong hands-on software engineering background and experience in

AI, machine learning, automation, robotics, computer vision, or related technologies

.

The engineer will develop, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and support software used in

advanced engineering, laser technology, automation, and other high-tech applications

.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software for advanced engineering and technology applications.
• Design and integrate AI/ML, automation, robotics, or computer vision solutions.
• Develop, test, debug, and troubleshoot software and integrated systems.
• Integrate software with hardware, automation equipment, sensors, and engineering systems.
• Support system testing, commissioning, and production implementation.
• Troubleshoot software and system-level issues and identify effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and improve advanced technology solutions.
• Support software development from concept → development → integration → testing → production.

Main Requirements

• Strong background in Software Engineering / Software Development.
• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Automation, Robotics, or related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with software integration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing software for engineering, automation, robotics, or other advanced technology applications is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Must be local to the Lake Mary / Orlando, FL area.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Key screening requirement

• Candidates must have strong hands-on software engineering experience combined with practical AI/ML, automation, robotics, computer vision, or similar advanced technology experience .
• We are not looking for candidates with only general software development experience.
