Position Purpose

Join Vylor as a North America FP&A Senior Analyst and help shape how the business reports performance, forecasts results, and turns financial data into decisions. This role combines ownership of financial reporting and the monthly forecasting process with the opportunity to build robust models, automate workflows, and improve how finance works.

Working with the North America Commercial Finance team and business stakeholders, you will challenge assumptions, explain key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and deliver insights that support a reliable financial outlook and informed decisions. You will also support SG&A planning, monthly close, and annual budgeting while maintaining strong accounting controls and compliance.

With broad exposure to North America business performance, cross-functional partnerships, and hands-on ownership of improvements, this role offers an experienced finance professional the opportunity to expand their impact, deepen business knowledge, and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within Vylor.

Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Grow!

  • Monthly forecasting ownership – Lead the monthly forecasting process end to end, managing the calendar, stakeholder inputs, consolidation, validation, and delivery of the financial outlook. Partner with commercial and NA Finance teams to challenge assumptions, resolve gaps, and clearly explain forecast changes.
  • Financial reporting and business insights – Deliver timely, accurate reporting and clear performance commentary for regional business reviews. Investigate variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods; distinguish timing effects from underlying changes; and communicate root causes, outlook implications, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Forecasting models and tools – Design, build, and maintain robust, driver-based forecasting models and scalable planning tools that connect business assumptions to financial outcomes, enable scenario analysis, and provide transparent calculations, reconciliations, and validation checks.
  • Automation and continuous improvement – Take ownership of identifying and implementing better ways of working, from simplifying forecast inputs to building reusable tools and dashboards. Automate data preparation, consolidation, validation, and reporting; document solutions and support adoption to reduce manual effort, shorten cycle times, and improve accuracy and repeatability.
  • Annual budgeting and SG&A planning – Support annual fixed-cost budgets and SG&A planning, evaluating spending trends and assumptions. Monitor headcount and associated costs, validate actual postings and forecast inputs, and explain people cost variances.
  • Monthly close and accounting partnership – Review SG&A actuals for accuracy and appropriate classification, prepare monthly accruals, and collaborate with global controllership and finance teams to validate postings, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
  • Business partnership and decision support – Provide ad hoc analysis and project support for regional and commercial priorities. Translate findings into clear financial implications, recommendations, and follow-up actions for finance and business partners.
  • Data integrity, controls, and compliance – Maintain the NA Commercial cost center hierarchy to support accurate planning, consistent reporting, and spending accountability. Maintain supporting documentation and adhere to accounting controls, company policies, and ethical standards across planning and reporting activities.

Experience and Education – What you'll bring to the table!

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field is required.
  • Strong process ownership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage monthly forecasting milestones, coordinate stakeholder submissions, resolve issues, and deliver accurate outputs within financial calendar deadlines.
  • Effective business partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance and commercial teams and constructively challenge assumptions.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work independently as an individual contributor, coordinating inputs and following issues through to resolution.
  • Very strong financial modeling skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain driver-based forecasting models, scenario analyses, and practical automation tools. Ability to work with complex datasets, create transparent and auditable calculations, and implement reconciliations and validation checks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop effective analytical tools and translate financial insights into clear, decision-focused presentations.
  • Strong data visualization and dashboard development capabilities using tools such as Power BI, with the ability to turn complex financial data into intuitive views that highlight trends, key drivers, and actionable insights.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill detailed analysis into concise takeaways tailored to finance and business audiences.
  • An owner’s mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, with the initiative to challenge existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement sustainable changes that drive efficiency, accuracy, and business value.
