• They are seeking a highly collaborative and strategic Business Analyst / Product Owner / Scrum Master to support enterprise AI and customer experience transformation initiatives.
• This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, driving requirements gathering, product ownership, Agile delivery, and process improvement efforts.
• The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and product ownership experience with Agile leadership skills and a passion for leveraging AI and automation to improve customer and employee experiences.
• Experience supporting AI, conversational AI, chatbot, virtual agent, or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Background in customer experience (CX), digital transformation, contact center, or workflow optimization programs.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management platforms.
