Role summary
Product Analyst / Product Owner for
ARC (Analytics and Reporting for Contracting)
, a suite of Qlik dashboards that provides contracting analytics for Commercial, Medicaid and Government contracting operations. Product Owner across Immunology (IMM), Provider Institutional (INST), Oncology (ONC) and Neuroscience (NS), with Product Analyst support for Payer. Responsible for a portfolio of 68 apps used by 319 active users.
Market access responsibilities
Provider contracting analytics
- Contract-review and contracting tools: Rybrevant Faspro (RCT), Lazcluze (LCT), Inlexzo (ICT), and IDN Contract Review, including multi-tier rebate logic and quarterly strategy updates
- GPO and Physician GPO performance dashboards, IDN, chargeback (CBSS) and rebate self-service reports, and LTC roll-ups
- Field reports (CROP), KAM, ISP and IMC Super Group reports for Immunology
Payer contracting analytics
- Payer market share and enrollment analytics for ESI, CVS/Zinc and UHG/Optum, including integration of competitive data
- Payer Performance National and Payer Analyze dashboards: gross-to-net, price/volume/mix (PVM) and sales trends
- Payer Payment Tracker, which automated a manual Excel process for QBR analytics
- Medicaid territory alignment and Medicaid dashboard enhancements
Compliance and data integrity
- MFP data exclusion, 340B-related reporting dependencies, and validation of rebate rates and tiers against business reference tables
Day-to-day duties and responsibilities
Requirements and backlog management
- Turn stakeholder discussions, mockups and emails into developer-ready Jira epics and stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria
- Run requirements sessions and document data and reporting needs, such as sourcing analysis, mapping logic and filter behavior
- Split work into data stories and reporting stories, and sequence them across sprints
Agile delivery and sprint management
- Run planning, grooming, daily scrum, demos and retros on a 3-week sprint cycle
- Manage story-point capacity of about 45 48 SP and split it across Payer, IMM, INST, ONC and NS based on business priorities
- Publish sprint plans, minutes, decisions, risks and action items to business and technical teams
UAT, release and production support
- Coordinate SIT and QA handoffs, share QA and UAT links, and get business sign-off before production
- Plan production migrations, including phased deployments, and confirm post-production validation with business users
- Handle production issues and RCA follow-ups, such as Qlik refresh delays and Control-M trigger failures, and send status updates and ETAs to stakeholders
- Strengthen deployment checklists, for example by adding AD group level validation steps
Access, security and governance
- Set up and manage dashboard access through AD group requests, row-level and section access, and limited-access user groups
- Track usage with adoption and usage metrics reports, such as RCT/LCT Usage Metrics
Stakeholder management
- Act as the link between business teams (Contract Strategy & Analytics, Pricing, Payer teams) and the offshore development, data and QA teams
- Run weekly connects for each therapeutic area and feed into monthly stakeholder updates and roadmaps
