Job description

About this role

$70,000–$85,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $130,000+)

About VoltiE

VoltiE Group is an EV charging company behind JuiceBox and Pando. We support a network of more than 100,000 chargers across North America. We design, supply, and support charging for hotels, multifamily and residential developments, commercial properties, and fleets.

We are also expanding into Europe and the Gulf region.

The role

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor sales role. You'll own your deals from first conversation to signed contract. You'll work directly with leadership and our engineering team to scope sites and build proposals that win.

We need someone who already understands the EV charging market and can speak credibly with developers, owners, and operators from day one.

What you'll do

  • Find and pursue new business with property developers, hotel groups, property managers, fleet operators, and channel partners, with a focus on South Florida and the Southeast.
  • Run discovery and qualify opportunities, then scope sites with our engineers. That means charger counts, Level 2 vs. DC fast charging, and electrical capacity.
  • Prepare proposals and pricing that weigh hardware, installation, software, and ongoing service.
  • Help customers navigate the utility rebate and incentive programs that affect project economics.
  • Manage your pipeline in our CRM and report on it every week.
  • Represent VoltiE at industry events and partner meetings.

Market knowledge we expect

  • A working understanding of the EV charging landscape. You should know the difference between hardware makers, charge point operators, and network software platforms, and how each makes money.
  • Familiarity with how developers, hotels, and multifamily owners decide on charging, including amenity value, revenue share, tenant demand, and code requirements.
  • Awareness of the incentive and rebate programs that shape project economics, and the ability to keep up as they change.
  • Enough technical fluency to discuss power requirements, networked vs. non-networked charging, and site constraints with engineers and electrical contractors.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in EV charging, energy, construction, low voltage, or building technology.
  • A track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Existing relationships with South Florida developers, hospitality groups, or fleets are a strong plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. Spanish is a plus.
  • Self-direction in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial company.
