Job description

About this role

Now Hiring: Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (Part & Full Time) — Tulsa, OK New grads welcome. One-on-one, hour-long visits.

Who We’re Looking For

Tired of scrolling past job listings for clinics with no personality? Done with high-volume, units-billed models where the reward for burning out is jeans on Friday? You worked too hard in school to treat three patients an hour and chart until 8pm.

We get it. We’ve been there. Vitality was started by owners who weren’t willing to deliver watered-down care, so we built the clinic we wished existed.

Who We Are

Vitality is a locally owned, cash-pay healthcare group in Tulsa. In 6 years we’ve grown into three branches under one roof of values:

  • Vitality Pelvic Health: pelvic floor PT
  • Vitality Therapy & Performance: orthopedic and sports PT for active adults
  • Vitality Functional Family Medicine: functional medicine & direct primary care

That means you’re not treating in a silo. When a postpartum mom needs more than pelvic floor work, or a patient’s symptoms point to something hormonal or systemic, the right provider is down the hall. See who we are at vitalitytulsa.com.

The Role

Full-time pelvic floor PT at Vitality Pelvic Health. You’ll work with prenatal and postpartum women, people dealing with leakage, pelvic pain, prolapse, painful sex, and more. You’ll help them hit their goals and then push past what they thought was possible.

  • One-on-one, hour-long visits. No double-booking, no aides running your patients.
  • 36 bookable hours/week at most so notes get done inside 40. Work-life balance can exist in PT.
  • Real investment in continuing education. If our therapists stagnate, so does the clinic.
  • Opportunities beyond the treatment room: content creation, community events, workshops.
  • Athleisure / scrubs is the dress code.

What It Takes to Succeed Here

Our core values aren’t wall art. They’re how we hire and how we evaluate.

  • See the whole person. The chief complaint is the starting point, not the stopping point. You treat the mom, not just the pelvic floor.
  • Earn the next visit, every visit. Every session is an audition for the next one.
  • Say the hard thing. With patients about what they need, and with teammates when it matters.
  • 1% better, forever. You’re a student of the craft and you want feedback.
  • Take care of each other, starting with yourself. We don’t glorify burnout.
  • Widen the door. You want to reach Tulsans who don’t know this care exists or think it isn’t for them.

Clinically, you lean fitness-forward: get patients off the table and progressing toward the life they want to get back to (lifting their kids, running, lifting heavy) as soon as it’s appropriate.

Our Offer

  • Base salary plus commission on plans of care
  • Fully covered medical, dental, and vision
  • 80 hours PTO, plus sick days and national holidays
  • Bonus PTO hours each quarter for self-enrichment
  • CEU stipend
  • Mentorship & journal club
  • Routine bonuses and raises based on what you value most
