Registered Nurse – Vascular Procedures & Aesthetics | Part-Time / Per Diem

Vital Vein & Vascular is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing vascular and aesthetic practice.

This is a unique hybrid position combining outpatient vascular/procedural nursing with a growing aesthetic service line. The ideal candidate has strong procedural nursing skills and experience with aesthetic injections and/or laser treatments.

The position will initially be 1 days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as our aesthetic and procedural volume grows.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist physicians with outpatient vascular procedures, including implanted port placement and other office-based procedures
• Pre- and post-procedure patient care and monitoring
• IV placement, medication administration and other nursing duties within RN scope
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with procedure-room setup and turnover
• Patient education and follow-up
• Support general vascular clinic operations when needed
• Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox/Dysport and Excel V laser treatments, based on training, competency and physician supervision
• Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Maintain accurate before-and-after photography and documentation
• Help develop and grow the practice's aesthetic service line
• Provide an excellent patient experience and build long-term patient relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active California RN license
• 3+ years of RN experience preferred
• Procedural nursing experience strongly preferred, including interventional radiology, vascular, cath lab, OR, outpatient surgery or similar setting
• Experience with IVs, sterile procedures and pre/post-procedure patient care
• Prior aesthetic injection experience with Botox/Dysport strongly preferred
• Laser experience, especially vascular or facial laser treatments, is a plus
• Cosmetic sclerotherapy experience is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and patient-service skills
• Comfortable working in both a medical and aesthetic environment
• Reliable, organized and interested in helping build a growing service line

Schedule:

Approximately 1-2 days per week initially. Schedule may include a combination of vascular/procedure days and dedicated aesthetic treatment time. Opportunity for additional days as patient volume increases.

Approximately $60–$75/hour depending on procedural and aesthetic experience, with the potential for additional performance-based compensation as the aesthetic program grows.
