Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong banking and payment domain knowledge to gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver payment solutions.

Required Skills:

5+ years of Business Analyst experience in banking/financial services MTS (Money Transfer Service)

Strong knowledge of payment systems, ACH, wire transfers, SWIFT, RTP, or FedNow.

Experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and UAT.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Jira, and Confluence.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
