Pay Rate: $60-$70/hr W2

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Onsite & Remote

Contract Duration: 10/14/2026 – 10/28/2027

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Hours: 40 hours/week

Important Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience required.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce Apex, OOP, and Design Patterns experience required.
• 10+ years of overall professional IT/development experience preferred/required.

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Salesforce Developer / Full Stack Developer to join a team supporting enterprise-level applications and the development of a next-generation information system.

The selected candidate will be responsible for participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and production support.

This position requires a strong Salesforce development background along with solid Object-Oriented Programming and full-stack development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex.
• Develop and customize Lightning Pages and Visualforce Pages.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles and Salesforce Design Patterns.
• Work with Salesforce configuration, SOQL, CRUD operations, and application development.
• Analyze business and technical requirements.
• Participate in requirements verification and solution design.
• Develop and support application integrations.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC.
• Perform application development, testing, debugging, maintenance, and support.
• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
• Support end-to-end web development activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, technical teams, and external implementation partners.
• Support knowledge transfer and ongoing application maintenance.
• Mentor junior or less-experienced developers.
• Take ownership of assigned work from requirements through implementation.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional IT/development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Salesforce Apex development skills.
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Design Patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience with Visualforce.
• Experience with SOQL.
• Knowledge of CRUD operations.
• Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Experience with .NET OOP and SOA.
• Strong SQL experience.
• End-to-end web development experience.
• Full SDLC experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
• Enterprise application integration experience.
• Experience with complex enterprise applications.
• Experience mentoring other developers.
• Experience working in large-scale or regulated environments.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior Salesforce Developer who can independently take requirements, design and develop the solution, test and troubleshoot the application, and support implementation and maintenance.

The candidate should be proactive, self-directed, organized, and comfortable working on complex technical problems while collaborating with other developers and stakeholders.
