Villa Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Marketing Director to join our team!

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, physicians, and community referral partners.
• Promote our facility's services and programs throughout the Springfield community.
• Drive census growth through consistent outreach, relationship building, and creative marketing strategies.
• Coordinate referrals, admissions inquiries, facility tours, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate closely with our Administrator, Admissions, and interdisciplinary leadership teams.
• Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen existing partnerships.
• Represent Villa Springfield at community events, networking opportunities, and professional meetings.
• Maintain an active presence in the community while serving as a positive ambassador for our facility.

What We're Looking For

• A highly self-motivated, energetic individual who takes ownership of their responsibilities and produces results.
• Experience in healthcare marketing/sales, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or social work is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• A confident, outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage priorities.
• A creative, proactive approach to business development and problem-solving.
