Plant Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Plant Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and cost management in a manufacturing environment. You will maintain accounting records, and partner with operational teams to support sound business decisions.

Your impact

Reliable cost and financial analysis helps plant leaders manage resources effectively and supports informed decisions across the business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily activities include processing of A/R, A/P, and cash receipts
• Capex tracking
• Cost accounting activities
• Assist with month end close activities
• Assist with annual inventory count and reconciliation
• Generate reports for managers
• Analyze and review financial statements with managers

Key Elements:

• Experience with ERP systems (IQMS preferred)
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and financials
• Full support and leadership of lean culture development
• High standards of confidentiality
• Ability to get along with all employees, customers, and vendors

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
