We are looking for a highly skilled

Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

with strong experience in

test automation, Selenium, and AI-driven quality engineering

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable automation frameworks, validating complex applications, and leveraging

AI/GenAI capabilities

to improve test coverage, efficiency, and overall software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust

automation frameworks

using

Selenium WebDriver

and modern testing technologies.

• Develop automated

UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites

.

• Leverage

AI/GenAI tools and techniques

to enhance test case generation, test data creation, defect analysis, and automation efficiency.

• Integrate automated testing into

CI/CD pipelines

and support continuous quality engineering practices.

• Work closely with developers, architects, product managers, and QA teams to identify quality risks and build effective testing strategies.
• Analyze failures, perform

root-cause analysis

, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.

• Design reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions for complex enterprise applications.
• Contribute to improving test coverage, framework architecture, coding standards, and overall QA best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience as an

SDET / Automation Test Engineer

.

• Excellent experience with

Selenium WebDriver

and automation framework development.

• Strong programming experience in

Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript

.

• Experience with

API testing

using REST/SOAP and tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience with

TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Cucumber

, or similar testing frameworks.

• Strong understanding of

AI/GenAI concepts and AI-assisted testing

, including LLM-based tools, intelligent test generation, or AI-driven quality engineering.

• Experience with

Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps

, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of

SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, defect management, and test strategy

.

• Experience working with databases and writing

SQL queries

for data validation.

Preferred

• Experience with

AI/ML application testing, LLM testing, or GenAI validation

.

• Knowledge of

cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

.

• Experience with

performance, security, or microservices testing

.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
