Physical Therapist - Outpatient

• Completing documentation per departmental policies and providing assessments, re-assessments, and consultations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master's Degree preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist; no prior experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
