Qualifications include a
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
and a valid
Physical Therapist License
. Preferred candidates will hold a
Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
. Experience is not required, but supervisory experience is not mandatory.
Key Duties
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.
- Educate patients, coordinate with families and healthcare teams, and make referral recommendations as needed.
- Delegate interventions to assistants and students based on their skill levels.
- Complete accurate documentation and conduct assessments and consultations.
