Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Role Overview

A full-time Physical Therapist position is available in an outpatient facility, serving orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic patients. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, providing skilled therapy, and collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient mobility and function in a supportive community setting.

• Establish and implement treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
• Educate patients, families, and providers, making appropriate referrals.
• Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their competency.
• Complete documentation adhering to departmental policies.
• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations for therapy services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s Degree preferred.
• Licensure: Valid Physical Therapist License.
• No prior experience required; supervision experience is not mandatory.
