Conduct competitive research on industry-leading IT infrastructure products and solutions Analyze market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies Analyze sales trends, pricing data, and business performance metrics Support development of pricing recommendations and promotional strategies Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across product categories Assist in creating customer-facing presentations, sales tools, and training materials Help develop product positioning and value proposition messaging Participate in customer, distributor, and channel research activities Coordinate action items across Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing teams Assist with project tracking and status reporting Support data gathering for strategic planning exercises and management business reviews
