Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physical Therapist located in Rutland, VT. The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and implement effective treatment plans to support patient recovery and improve their physical well-being.

Responsibilities include working closely with patients to develop personalized therapy goals, providing rehabilitation services, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
• Strong background in Medicine and Patient Care
• Experience providing Home Care and tailored rehabilitation plans
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build patient trust and collaborate with medical teams
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Vermont
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred
