We are seeking an experienced aesthetic nurse injector to join our established, high-end medical aesthetics practice in Austin.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for a provider who is confident, skilled, and able to deliver exceptional outcomes while converting consultations into long-term patient relationships.

Who You Are:

• RN with 2+ years hands-on injectable experience
• Highly proficient in neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers
• Confident performing full-face assessments and treatment planning
• Strong aesthetic eye with commitment to natural, balanced results
• Proven ability to convert consultations and build a loyal patient base
• Professional, polished, and excellent communicator

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license
• Documented experience with injectable treatments
• Before & after portfolio REQUIRED
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Strong consultation and sales ability (this is critical)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients and build long-term relationships
• Maintain high standards of safety, documentation, and outcomes
• Collaborate with team to optimize patient experience and retention

Compensation:

• $42–$80/hour base (based on experience)
• Performance-based commission on injectable revenue
