**Systems Engineer is needed to perform the following duties:**
- **Create business models, logical specifications and/or user requirements to develop solutions for the application environment–10%**
o Builds production\-quality features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
o Owns features end\-to\-end, including UI implementation, ViewModels, and domain logic.
o Owns features end\-to\-end, including networking, persistence, analytics, and testing.
- **Design software applications, create system procedures and ensure that the developed applications function normally\- 10%**
o Integrates secure REST APIs using Ktor and OkHttp, managing authentication, serialization, and error handling.
o Deep knowledge of Coroutines, Flow, and the Android lifecycle.
o Works with Room, DataStore, Firebase, WorkManager, maps/location, CameraX, ML Kit, and biometrics to build platform\-integrated features.
- **Develop and create business models, logical specifications and/or user requirement solutions for the application environment\-15%**
o Develops reactive, state\-driven user experiences using Coroutines, Flow, and StateFlow.
o Extends feature development to cross\-platform targets using Compose Multiplatform.
o Applies event/state/effect architectural patterns to keep UI logic predictable and testable.
- **Implement and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes\-15**
o Maintains a highly modular KMP architecture with clear boundaries between feature and platform modules.
o Instruments features with analytics and observability using Quantum and Datadog.
o Writes reliable unit tests and troubleshoots concurrency, lifecycle, performance, build, and production issues.
- **Participate in scrum meetings and coordinate with Business Analysts to understand the business needs and implement the same into a functional design\-20%**
o Leads technical design, reviews code, mentors developers, and improves engineering standards across the team.
o Strong experience building and supporting production Android applications.
o Advanced skills in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Kotlin Multiplatform/shared cross\-platform architecture.
- **Write source code, prepare test data, tests and debug programs; revise and refine programs to improve the performance of the application software\-15%**
o Deep knowledge of navigation, state management, and modular architecture.
o Hands\-on experience with Compose Multiplatform, WASM, Koin, Ktor, and Kotlin serialization.
o Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and Room/DataStore.
- **Perform execution of functional test plan, validate test results, prepare documentation \& data for analysis\-15%**
o Hands\-on experience with CameraX, ML Kit, maps, geofencing, biometrics, Firebase, Dynamic Feature Modules, and Datadog.
o Deep knowledge of ViewModels, use cases, repositories, and dependency injection.
o Experience with automated testing, Gradle Kotlin DSL, product flavors, Git workflows, and CI/CD.
**Bachelor's Degree is required in** **Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology or Computer Information Systems**
