Are you an outgoing sales professional who enjoys meeting business owners, building relationships, and closing deals? Varsity Promotions is looking for a motivated Account Manager to prospect businesses in the local community and sell marketing, technology, and fundraising products and services.

We help sports teams and athletic organizations connect with fans, businesses, and their communities. In this role, you will help local businesses reach new customers while supporting programs that make a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect local businesses through outbound calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing goals.
• Present and sell marketing, advertising, sponsorship, technology, and fundraising solutions.
• Explain how our products and services help businesses gain visibility and connect with local sports fans.
• Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, address objections, and close sales.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to generate renewals and additional business.
• Track sales activity, customer information, and follow-up tasks in the company CRM.
• Meet or exceed established sales activity and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of sales experience is required.
• Management or team leadership experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required for local prospecting and customer meetings.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the sale.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation to achieve goals.
• The ability to organize your pipeline and follow through consistently.
• Comfort using CRM software and learning new technology.

Experience selling to local businesses, advertising, sponsorships, marketing services, or fundraising programs is helpful.

Earning Potential

Earnings can exceed six figures annually based on sales performance. Actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
