**About the Role:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a privately owned Sub\-Acute Rehab Facility in Syracuse, NY. As a (PT) Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and make a meaningful impact in their lives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and help restore day\-to\-day functionality
- Provide personable solutions to our clients to accommodate their needs
- Assist with restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability
**Skills/Requirements:**
- Current New York State Physical Therapist licensure – new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Responsible, caring, and dedicated Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients and making a great impact in their personal development
- Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
