  • Analyze production costs, inventory variances, and operational financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and shorten the month-end close.
  • Strengthen internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate financial audits.
  • Partner with the CFO, Director of FP&A, and operational leaders to support accurate financial reporting and business decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, cost accounting, and inventory accounting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing month-end close processes and supervising accounting teams.
  • Hands-on experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to improve accounting processes and drive operational efficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications:
