Plant Human Resources Manager

to lead HR at a key manufacturing/plant location supporting technology-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and oversee onboarding for technical and operations staff.
• Handle employee relations, coaching leaders, and resolving workplace issues.
• Support performance management, goal setting, and talent development.
• Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning aligned to production needs.
• Ensure HR compliance and support facility-level safety and HR-related standards.
• Administer employee benefits and related HR programs.
• Coordinate and support training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Champion an inclusive, collaborative culture and promote innovation through people programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong HR leadership with experience supporting plant/workforce environments.
• Proven skills in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and benefits administration.
• Ability to partner with operational leaders and align staffing with business goals.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people-focused leadership.
