Web Developer / Web Accessibility Specialist

for our premier client

Atlanta, GA

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Web Development, Graphic/Digital Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Webmaster, Front-End Developer, or Web Accessibility Specialist 2
• SharePoint Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing and developing within Microsoft SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.

SharePoint Expertise

: Proven hands-on experience managing and developing within Microsoft SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server

Front-End Development

: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive framework concepts.

Document Remediation

Knowledge of PDF remediation tools (Adobe Acrobat Pro DC) and accessible document creation in Microsoft Office

Accessibility Standards:

In-depth knowledge of ADA Title II requirements, WCAG 2. 1 / 2. 2 Level AA guidelines, WAI-ARIA standards, and Section 508.

• High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple compliance projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical accessibility guidelines to non-technical users.
