What You’ll Do

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you’ll build meaningful relationships while helping patients restore function and confidence in their daily lives.

Your role will include:

• Providing skilled occupational therapy services according to the physician’s plan of care
• Assessing patients and developing individualized treatment plans
• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and daily living strategies
• Collaborating with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Documenting care and patient progress accurately and timely
• Participating in case conferences and quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current OT license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Pay: $65. 00 - $75. 00 per hour
