About Us

USA Pesticide Registration builds software that helps pesticide manufacturers and regulatory consultants manage product registrations / label compliance / regulatory submissions more quickly and accurately. Teams that currently rely on spreadsheets, email, and scattered documents use USA Pesticide Registration to keep registrations on track across EPA and state agencies.

We’re hiring our first Account Executive to bring our product to regulatory teams at pesticide manufacturers and the consultants who support them.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through discovery, demos, and negotiation to close
  • Sell to Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, and Compliance leaders at pesticide manufacturers
  • Build relationships with regulatory consulting firms, both as customers and as referral partners
  • Run deals with multiple stakeholders, including technical users, department heads, IT/security, and procurement
  • Learn our customers’ regulatory workflows well enough to speak credibly with scientists and regulatory professionals
  • Give product feedback to leadership and help shape our sales process, messaging, and pricing
  • Keep accurate pipeline and forecast data in our CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals
  • Experience selling to regulatory affairs, quality, product stewardship, or compliance teams
  • Background in a regulated industry such as agrochemicals, chemicals, pharma, life sciences, or medical devices
  • Comfort with long sales cycles (3–12 months) and several decision-makers
  • Strong discovery skills: you ask good questions before you pitch
  • Self-directed and comfortable building process in an early-stage company

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS, especially regulatory information management, EHS/chemical compliance, quality management, or LIMS software
  • Familiarity with FIFRA, EPA pesticide registration, or similar regulatory frameworks (FDA, REACH)
  • Existing relationships in the crop protection or specialty chemical industry
  • Experience as an early sales hire at a startup

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000–$140,000, depending on experience
  • On-target earnings: $200,000–$250,000, with commission paid on new business
  • Ramp support: guaranteed commission for the first 6 months while you build pipeline
  • Uncapped commission with accelerators above quota
  • Equity in an early-stage company

Why Join

  • Early role with real influence on how we grow
  • A focused market with a clear problem to solve
  • Compensation built for long sales cycles, so you aren’t penalized for building pipeline from scratch
