POSITION SUMMARY:

This team is transforming how marketing creative gets made by building a scalable, AI-native creative operating system that pairs craft with throughput. We are architecting a system of accelerated production methods, repeatable creative AI skills, and 1p tool integrations to augment our creatives across Meta Brands (Muse, ***, Instagram, WhatsApp, and ***).

Our client is hiring a Production Designer to support the Direct Response Marketing teams producing creative assets in house. Responsibilities include retouching and reviewing of GenAI assets, scaling creative concepts, and implementation of AI workflows.

You will be embedded within the creative team to evaluate GenAI asset outputs [photography, video, and product renders] and uphold brand standards, develop production ready assets and prepare and organize files for partner agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support creative teams in a design capacity; maintain brand design libraries, organize files, prep Figmas for agency delivery
  • Stay current with rapidly evolving GenAI tools, automation, and internal Meta tools to inform team workflows and system improvements.
  • Support the production design process of batch image + copy updates, resizing, & design refinements in Figma
  • Review GenAI outputs for visual craft and product fidelity, methodically review accuracy, & perform manual retouching
  • Document and maintain the failure taxonomy and golden example set used to tune and regression-test workflows for continuous GenAi output improvements
  • Provide both a technical lens for retouching [product details] and a creative lens, taking creative director’s notes and applying them in your workflow
  • Utilize LLMs [Claude, Codex] via MPC to build easily accessible workflows for non-technical operators. Document workflows in easily to understand formats [G-decks or Figma] to onboard other teams into the way of working
  • Provide input on GenAI production processes to reduce retouching lift & improve quality outputs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expert-level product compositing, including perspective matching, contact shadows, reflections, relighting, color integration, and photorealistic cleanup
  • 5+ years of design experience including hands on use of Figma & utilizing design systems
  • Experience integrating AI processes within design workflows including Figma agent and/or Claude/Codex MCP, and Adobe Creative Suite for efficient and scalable ways of working
  • Strong knowledge of production file hygiene, naming conventions, version control, DAM workflows, and delivery specifications

  • Consumer electronics and hardware product imagery experience
