- Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Operations, distribution, logistics, inventory management, or a related regulated environment; pharmaceutical or life-sciences experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience assessing and managing third-party logistics capabilities, facilities, service levels, performance metrics, escalations, and corrective actions.
- Strong financial understanding of the order-to-cash process and the relationship among orders, shipments, proof of delivery, invoices, credits, deductions, accounts receivable, revenue timing, inventory valuation, operating expense, and working capital.
- Demonstrates strong inventory-management expertise, including inventory controls, lot and expiration management, cycle counts, reconciliation, adjustments, allocation, shelf-life risk, returns, and disposition.

- Strong knowledge of ERP, warehouse-management, order-management, and data-integration processes; experience with NetSuite, SAP, EDI, serialization, or comparable systems is preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution requirements, DSCSA, product traceability, quality-system expectations, ERP, and ambient and cold-chain operations.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including working knowledge of project-management tools and techniques and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners without relying solely on direct authority.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Develops and implements inventory controls across the 3PL network, including inventory ownership, location, status, lot, expiration, release, allocation, cycle counts, and book-to-physical accuracy.
- Leads inventory reconciliation and root-cause analysis with 3PL, Finance, Quality, and internal Supply Chain and ensures adjustments follow established approval and documentation requirements.
