We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide urgent care services to patients, including diagnosis and treatment of non-life threating illnesses and injuries. This position requires excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing quality care in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience in urgent care, and be knowledgeable in the latest advances in healthcare technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret laboratory tests, and prescribe medications.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Manage patient care plans, including referrals to specialists.
• Provide patient education on topics such as nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
