Universal Screen Graphics (USG) is a Tampa based company that has been helping retail brands stand out for years. We design and produce custom point of purchase signage for chain stores, with a strong focus on convenience store chains. Our clients count on us to deliver quality signage across many locations, on time and done right.

We are growing, and we are looking for a sales professional who knows the convenience store world and wants to help us build something great.

What You'll Do

• Identify and research new convenience store chain prospects, with support from our team and lead tools
• Reach out to new prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Set up meetings with marketing, category, and operations leaders
• Travel to prospects for in person pitches and presentations
• Represent USG at about 6 trade shows a year
• Capture and follow up on trade show leads using our lead retrieval software
• Grow relationships with current clients and look for ways to serve them better

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the print, signage, or POP signage industry
• Experience selling to convenience store chains (strongly preferred)
• Existing relationships with c store buyers or marketing teams is a big plus
• A track record of hitting or beating sales goals
• Driven to grow a strong pipeline, working alongside a team that supports your success
• Experience using lead tools like ZoomInfo, trade show lead retrieval apps, or similar
• Strong people skills and a friendly, honest approach
• Comfortable with phone calls, email, video calls, and in person meetings
• Organized, motivated, and able to manage your own schedule
• Willing to travel regularly, including 6 trade shows a year and visits to prospects

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
