What You'll Do

As an RN, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering hands-on, compassionate care, build meaningful relationships and helping residents live with dignity, comfort, and peace of mind. Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and resident rights
• Accurately document care, incidents, and changes in condition

RN: Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Current and active Pennsylvania RN license
