The pay

$45,000 base salary plus uncapped residual commissions. A steady base with room to grow your earnings.

The training

Fully paid training from day one. You’ll learn how to sell—no sales background required.

The coaching

Daily roleplay, real feedback on your calls, and a manager who invests time in your development. You won’t just be handed a phone and told, “Good luck.”

The honest part

Cold calling is challenging, and rejection comes with the territory. But you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work alongside 15–20 teammates making calls, celebrating wins, and cheering each other on.

The job

Your focus is selling and winning new business. A separate service team handles day-to-day client needs, so you can spend more time building relationships and less time on paperwork.
