About Uniclean America

Uniclean America LLC is a Houston-based chemical company serving the marine, shipping, offshore, and oilfield industries. We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven professional to lead day-to-day business operations, develop new markets, build strategic customer relationships, and drive sales growth throughout the United States.

Position Overview

We are seeking a capable business development and operations professional with experience in the U.S. marine, shipping, offshore, or oilfield sectors.

The successful candidate will take an active role in managing company operations, identifying new business opportunities, developing customer accounts, and increasing company revenue.

We welcome candidates who have an established network of industry contacts and can generate business quickly, as well as experienced professionals who can develop new customer relationships and build a strong sales pipeline from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the marine, shipping, offshore, and oilfield industries.
  • Marine & Shipping: Develop relationships with ship owners, ship management companies, vessel operators, shipyards, ship chandlers, and marine service providers.
  • Offshore Industry: Build relationships with offshore operators, offshore support vessel companies, drilling contractors, rig operators, and offshore service providers.
  • Oilfield Sector: Develop business with oilfield service companies, drilling companies, energy-sector customers, and procurement departments.
  • Company Operations: Oversee day-to-day business activities, coordinate internal operations, manage priorities, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify prospective customers, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, close sales, and achieve agreed revenue targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Maintain existing accounts while continuously developing new customers and long-term business partnerships.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new markets, customer segments, distribution channels, and opportunities for the company's chemical products.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop relationships with distributors, agents, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Performance Management: Maintain a sales pipeline, track business development activities, monitor results, and report directly to company ownership.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, management, or operations within the marine, shipping, offshore, or oilfield industries.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. market and industry purchasing processes.
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships, generate sales opportunities, and win new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
  • Ability to manage business activities independently and take ownership of results.
  • Experience with marine, offshore, or oilfield chemicals is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the United States as required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented professional who combines industry knowledge, business development skills, and operational leadership.

Candidates with existing relationships among ship owners, ship managers, ship chandlers, offshore operators, drilling contractors, oilfield service companies, and procurement teams will have a strong advantage.

Candidates without an established customer network will also be considered if they have relevant industry experience and a proven ability to develop new business.

What We Offer

  • A key leadership role in a growing chemical company.
  • The opportunity to manage business operations and expand the company's market presence.
  • Performance-based incentives tied to agreed business objectives.
  • An opportunity to build long-term customer relationships and contribute directly to company growth.
