We integrate medical weight management (GLP-1s), hormone optimization, targeted supplementation, and specialized hypertrophy programming to deliver complete physiological transformations for high-performing executives.

As a Management Services Organization (MSO), we handle 100% of the marketing, client acquisition, billing, and administrative workflow. We are looking for a dedicated, high-caliber Nurse Practitioner to act as our core clinical provider and the medical face of our brand.

The Opportunity

Are you tired of the traditional healthcare grind? We are looking for a provider who wants to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—taking time with patients, reviewing comprehensive labs, and prescribing proactive longevity protocols.

You will log into our seamless, HIPAA-compliant platform, review charts, and conduct 15-to-30-minute telehealth consultations.

What You Will Do

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth video/phone consultations with Unbound clients.
• Review comprehensive longevity blood panels (routed via Quest Diagnostics).
• Prescribe and manage medically appropriate treatments, including GLP-1s, peptides, and hormone therapies.
• Collaborate with our in-house Wellness Advisors, who handle all patient follow-up, habit tracking, and administrative handoffs.
• Deliver a "white-glove," premium bedside manner that aligns with our concierge brand standard.

Zero Admin: Our Wellness Advisors handle the intake forms, payment processing, and scheduling.

We fill your calendar.

Work 100% remotely.

Requirements

Licensure: MUST have active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner licenses in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut (Tri-state licensure is highly preferred to handle our core demographic).

Experience

Experience or strong clinical interest in medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptides, and preventive longevity medicine.

Tech-Savvy

Comfortable operating in modern EMRs (experience with Healthie is a plus, but not required).

Communication

Exceptional on-camera/phone presence. You must be able to communicate complex medical data in a clear, confident, and empathetic way.

Independence

Full practice authority (or the ability to serve as the clinical director for a professional corporation) is heavily preferred.

Compensation

Highly competitive per-consult rate ($50 - $75+ per consult, based on experience).

High growth potential

This role starts at roughly 10 hours a week for our Founders Club launch, with the ability to scale to a dedicated full-time role as our client base expands.
