Ultimate Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist at Autumn Lake at Silver Spring. Help residents receiving skilled nursing rehabilitation reconnect with everyday activities through personalized assessment, hands-on treatment, and practical solutions for changing abilities.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate how physical function, cognition, and endurance affect residents' self-care and daily participation.
• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect residents' priorities, previous routines, and discharge needs.
• Provide interventions for dressing, bathing, toileting, functional transfers, and upper-extremity use.
• Identify adaptive equipment needs and teach residents and caregivers strategies for safer, more independent task completion.
• Review outcomes, update goals, and supervise COTA services within the plan of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and partner with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues to coordinate recommendations.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
