About this role
Job Overview Psychiatric / Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem
Location: Las Vegas Valley – Las Vegas and Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Per Diem / PRN | Potential for Full-Time Growth
Are you a Psychiatric Registered Nurse who combines strong clinical judgment, compassion, and the ability to navigate complex behavioral health situations with confidence?
Ultimate Home Health is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and clinically skilled Psychiatric / Behavioral Health RN to join our growing Behavioral Health Program.
We are looking for nurses who understand that exceptional psychiatric nursing requires more than medication administration and patient assessments. It requires the ability to recognize subtle changes in mental status, establish therapeutic relationships, effectively de-escalate challenging situations, and make sound clinical decisions while maintaining patient safety and dignity.
This is a per-diem position with the potential to transition into full-time employment as our Behavioral Health Program continues to expand.
Strong preference will be given to RNs with psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience, including inpatient psychiatric, crisis stabilization, community mental health, or behavioral health home care settings.
