A great client at UHY is seeking a

Financial Analyst

. The ideal candidate will have experience with budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and strong communication skills. This role is suited for someone who can turn financial data into useful insights and work confidently with stakeholders across the organization.

The

Financial Analyst

role is a hybrid position. This is a client direct hire position.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations.
• Review financial results, identify trends and variances, and help explain differences between expected and actual performance.
• Develop and update financial models to support projections, planning, and business decisions.
• Analyze financial information and prepare reports to help leadership evaluate performance and plan for future needs.
• Work with teams across the organization to provide financial guidance and support business initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis for special projects, investment planning, and other business needs.
• Prepare presentations and communicate financial findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance and Treasury teams to improve reporting processes, tools, and operational efficiency.

Financial Analyst Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, or accounting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Some exposure to financial modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative approach, initiative, and interest in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
