This is not your typical product manager role.

In our fast-moving, innovation-driven environment, you'll play a key role in defining and delivering data and AI products that empower Financial Advisors to deepen client relationships and drive business growth. By serving as the voice of the advisor, you'll bridge the gap between business needs, data, and technology, shaping the roadmap and guiding impactful solutions from concept to launch.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with Financial Advisor teams to understand their ideas and needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Own the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of advisor-driven ideas and feature requests, translating them into a clear roadmap.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to validate concepts, assess feasibility, and define solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and success metrics.

The team

You will be a Product Owner on our Insights Product, within the Smart Technologies and Advanced Analytics Team (STAAT) in New York. Our team is revolutionizing the wealth management industry by empowering financial advisors with automated insights that unlock hidden value within our data. We collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, software developers and business SMEs to build our insights and platform.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Experience working within Wealth Management / partnering directly with Financial Advisors and their teams.
• Demonstrated ability to create product roadmaps, prioritize competing requests, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, data science and engineering; SQL and data analysis experience are a plus.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - New York - New York min USD 120000 - max USD 145000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
