Staff Accountant

```Duties```

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies
• Assist in the implementation of accounting systems and processes
• Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation

```Requirements```

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification preferred)
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Experience with account reconciliation, financial management, and analysis
• Familiarity with payroll processing, accounts payable, and governmental accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• High level of integrity and ethical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
