What You’ll Do

• Partner with our orthopedic physicians to provide outstanding patient care in hand and joint specialties.
• Evaluate patients, obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, and develop treatment plans.
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient management and follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, recovery, and rehabilitation.
• Coordinate care with physicians, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
• Help deliver an exceptional patient experience while supporting our commitment to service excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible Arizona Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA certification.
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
• A compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Orthopedic experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this specialty!
