Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst / Data Developer with strong backend data engineering and analytics experience.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Python, SQL, and PL/SQL , with a proven track record of developing automation solutions, analyzing complex datasets, and supporting business intelligence initiatives. This role requires a blend of data development, analytics, automation, and reporting skills to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend data solutions and analytical processes.
• Build and enhance Python-based automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and data processing workflows.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, procedures, and database objects.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the data ecosystem.
• Support data validation, quality assurance, and performance tuning activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data development, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and backend development.
• Advanced experience with SQL and PL/SQL .
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with relational databases and large-scale datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or other data-intensive environments.
