Mechanical Project Engineer (HVAC & Mechanical Systems)

Design and engineer HVAC and mechanical systems for sustainable healthcare, education, and commercial buildings. Perform load calculations and energy modeling, select equipment, and develop detailed plans and specifications.

• Produce mechanical design deliverables including calculations, modeling, and system layouts
• Select HVAC/mechanical equipment and define specifications
• Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary project teams
• Provide construction administration support and respond to design questions
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and regulations
• Contribute to sustainable design goals and technical innovation

Key qualifications/skills:

strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, HVAC design expertise, proficiency with load calculations and energy modeling, detailed documentation skills, and effective collaboration and code compliance focus.
