About the Role:

Trust Home Care Inc is looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team in Bowie, MD. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all clinical nursing operations and home care services
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local home health regulations and standards
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, and home health aides
• Develop, implement, and update clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct patient assessments, care plan reviews, and coordinate interdisciplinary care
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and maintain agency compliance with OASIS documentation and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health or community care
• Prior supervisory or director-level nursing management experience required
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and OASIS documentation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a diverse clinical team
