Human Resources Generalist II

Minimum Requirements (Experience + Education)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred

Experience & Knowledge

• 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience (healthcare or PBM industry experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead HR processes, manage complex employee relations issues, and support departmental strategy.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance standards.
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and build trust across all levels of the organization.
• High degree of confidentiality and professionalism; must comply with HIPAA and all confidentiality regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS platforms required (UKG preferred).
• Proven ability to mentor junior HR staff, lead initiatives, or act as a project owner.
