We are seeking an experienced

IT Senior Project Manager

to lead complex enterprise technology programs, projects, M&A integration initiatives, and executive Steering Committee activities for a leading global apparel organization.

The initial focus will be on

Marc Jacobs technology integration

, followed by ownership of the broader brand technology portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the

Apparel, Wholesale, Retail, and Omni-Channel

industries, with a proven track record managing enterprise technology initiatives across multiple brands, platforms, regions, and business functions.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT Project Management, Program Management, or PMO experience.
  • Strong

Apparel / Fashion / Retail / Wholesale

industry experience.

  • Experience with

Wholesale Order-to-Cash, Retail, Omni-Channel, ERP, OMS, Digital Commerce

, or related business processes.

  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise-level technology programs.
  • Experience with

M&A technology integration

is highly preferred.

  • Experience managing multiple projects across global, multi-brand, multi-platform, and multi-region environments.
  • Strong experience with RAID management, critical path planning, dependencies, executive escalation, and integrated master schedules.
  • Experience managing capital project budgets and financials.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives and Steering Committees.
  • Experience with project management tools such as

Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project

, or similar.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including

Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

.

  • Knowledge of

SOX governance and PCI requirements

.

  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work

onsite in New York City 5 days per week
