What Makes This Role Great
In this role, you will operate at the cutting edge of software development by orchestrating autonomous AI coding agents to build, test, and deploy production-grade software. You will possess end-to-end full-stack technical ownership—from high-level modular architecture design down to continuous automated testing—directly shaping how modern AI methodologies are applied to transform physical and digital workflows.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and supervise AI development agents for coding, documentation, refactoring, prompt management, and quality evaluation through secure pipelines.
- Architect modular, scalable, and cost-aware full-stack solutions while conducting early feasibility and security reviews in line with platform standards.
- Deliver robust frontend interfaces and backend API microservices equipped with automated unit, integration, and E2E testing frameworks.
- Translate prototype designs into clear execution plans and maintain lightweight Architectural Decision Records (ADRs).
- Align engineering execution and continuous quality standards directly with key performance indicators and business outcomes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in full-stack software development spanning frontend UI, backend microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and databases.
- Experience with one of the following development languages; React, C#, or SQL
- Hands-on proficiency managing AI coding agents for agentic programming, code generation, refactoring, and prompt optimization.
- Strong experience setting up continuous quality assurance frameworks and writing comprehensive automated unit, integration, and E2E tests.
- Sound system architecture design capabilities with a track record of translating product requirements into modular execution plans.
- Deep commitment to practicing ethical AI principles including data privacy, explainability, transparency, and bias mitigation.
Bonus Points For
- Previous experience establishing and maintaining evaluation datasets or prompt libraries for AI agent workflows.
- Familiarity with platform integration standards, custom file services, and architectural decision record (ADR) frameworks.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving innovative technical projects independently.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
Hiring Range $105,600. 00–$145,200. 00
