Within Trimble, the Ag Industry Solutions (AgIS) team empowers farmers and agriculture professionals around the globe by delivering cutting\-edge digital and hardware tools that transform farm operations.

### **What Makes This Role Great:**

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of farmer needs and technical execution. You will gain direct experience across the entire product lifecycle—from spending time in the field to understand how machines operate, to creating critical enablement materials that help dealers and internal partners succeed with our newest software features.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Enablement \& Documentation:** Create clear, impactful training materials and user documentation for new software features. Validate these instructions directly with internal partners and dealer networks to ensure seamless adoption.
  • **Requirements Gathering \& Field Research:** Shadow farmers directly on their machines to gain a deep understanding of current system usage, uncover long\-term use cases, and define how to scale current technology for future growth.
  • **Customer Voice Translation:** Discover and translate real\-world farmer and dealer feedback into high\-value product requirements and feature sets.
  • **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Partner directly with software engineers, product managers, and business teams to align field insights with product roadmaps and build core leadership capabilities.

### **Essential Skills \& Experience:**

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Agriculture/Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross\-functionally and build effective working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer\-centric mindset.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn agricultural technology systems and spend time in field environments (e.g., inside farm machinery).
  • Basic familiarity or experience using Google Workspace tools.

### **Bonus Points For:**

  • Previous experience or exposure to agriculture, farm machinery, or precision farming technology.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite or documentation/training creation tools.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, software documentation, or user research techniques.

**Work Authorization:** Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates must already possess authorization to work in the United States of America without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

### **Logistics:**

  • **Travel Requirement:** Up to 10% (for on\-site field visits with farmers and dealers)

**Compensation:** Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
