Sr. Technical Program Manager

Role description Program Manager – Data & Analytics Location - Edison NJ Hybrid Seeking a high-performing Program Manager with proven experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream programs across Data & Analytics initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Strong program management experience delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformations.
• Solid understanding of Data & Analytics , including Data Engineering, Data Governance, Cloud Data Platforms, BI & Reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior business and technology leaders.
• Experience managing global delivery teams and driving execution across onshore/offshore operating models .
• Proven ability to manage program governance, dependencies, risks, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Experience working in consulting or large enterprise environments is preferred.
• Ideal Background: 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Delivered data modernization, cloud migration, analytics, or digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts, Governance teams, and business stakeholders.
